Download the Max template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the nose in the middle of the head, above the mouth.

Next, take the eyes and glue them above the nose.

Place the eyebrows above the eyes on each side and glue them in place.

Take Max's hair and glue it to the top of his head.

Position Max's ears on either side of his head and glue them to the back.

Create Max's collar by gluing the gray spots to the collar. Next, glue it in the middle of the headband base.

Glue the completed head to the base.

Finish off the headband by taping an extender to each side of the headband base.
