Download the flamingo template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Fold a piece of pink card stock in half and trace your right child's hand, with the thumb along the fold line. Cut out the handprint, leaving the folded edge uncut.

Glue the yellow beak to the front of the flamingo's head, just in front of the eye.

Position your child's handprint with the thumb facing the top and the fingers on the right.

Secure the flamingo's neck to the handprint by gluing the neck to the back of the handprint, next to the thumb.

Glue the two legs to the bottom and back of the handprint card.

Open the card up and write a special message.
