Materials
- Brown Paper Bag
- Colored card stock in blue or gray
- White card stock
- Glue stick
- Horton craft template download form located at the end of this page
Instructions
- Download the Horton craft template, print and cut out the pieces.
- Measure out the bottom portion of the brown paper bag and cut out a rectangle from the colored card stock in the same size. Glue at the bottom part of the paper bag.
- Place Horton's trunk at the bottom portion of the top flap of the paper bag. Glue in place.
- Glue Horton's face on top of the trunk and on the flap.
- Place Horton's eyes just below the eyelashes and glue in place.
- Position Hortons ears on either side of the paper bag and glue on the backside of the bag.
