Download the ice cream template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Create the ice cream by gluing the eyes above and on either side of the ice cream's mouth.

Take the cheeks and glue them just below the eyes.

Make the ice cream cone by gluing the top part of the cone to the bottom part of the cone.

Use a brown marker to draw vertical and horizontal lines along both parts of the cone to create the cake cone design.

Next, glue the cone to the main portion of the brown paper bag, just below the flap.

Finish up by gluing the ice cream to the flap portion of the bag.
