Download the jellyfish template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the eyes below each of the eyebrows.

Place the bottom of the body piece on the back and bottom of the top piece and glue it in place.

Next, take the tentacles and glue them to the back and bottom of the jellyfish.

Glue the completed jellyfish on a piece of blue paper.

Take the bubble letters along the bottom of the paper to spell the child's name and glue them in place.

Finish by drawing wave lines on the background paper.
