Download the flashcard template and print out onto the white card stock. Cut out and round the corners. 

Trace your child's handprint onto the red card stock and cut out. Use the scissors to round the bottom of the handprint and cut out a small section to make it appear more like the top of an apple. 

Draw a leaf shape onto the green card stock and cut out. 

Cut out a stem shape from the brown card stock and cut out. 

Assemble your handprint apple by gluing the leaf near the bottom of the stem. Arrange your child's handprint with the bottom of the palm facing upward and the fingers pointing down. Next, glue the leaf and stem combo to the back of the handprint apple. 

Take your completed handprint apple and glue onto the middle of the flashcard.
