Download the ladybug template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by creating the ladybug's head. Glue the eyes in the middle of the head, just above the mouth.

Place the cheeks just below and slightly outside the eyes and glue them in place.

Take the antennae and glue them to the top and back of the head.

Position the completed ladybug head on the flap portion of the brown paper bag and glue it in place.

Next, create the ladybug's body. Glue the black spots all over the wings.

Glue the ladybug wings slightly angled inward onto the ladybug's body.

Finish up by gluing the ladybug's body to the main piece of the brown paper bag.
