Download the template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Start by gluing the inner ears to each of the bear's ears.

Glue the eyes, one on each side, underneath the eyebrows.

Place the nose and mouth piece below the eyes and glue it in place.

Next, glue the shirt to the teddy bear's body, then glue the heart to the middle of the shirt.

Position the arms behind the sleeves and glue them in place.

Take the bottom of the feet pieces and glue them to the middle of each of the feet.

Make the hat by gluing the hat band to the middle of the hat.

Place the outer buckle in the middle of the hat band and glue it in place. Glue the inner buckle to the middle of the outer buckle. Trim off any excess paper that hangs off the sides of the hat.

Finish by gluing the hat to the top of the teddy bear's head.
