Download the leprechaun template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by spreading glue along a small section of the background paper.

Glue tissue paper squares along the portion of the leprechaun that you spread glue on.

Repeat the last 2 steps until the entire leprechaun is filled with tissue paper.

Make the hat by gluing the hat band to the middle of the hat.

Take the outer buckle and glue it to the middle of the hat band.

Glue the inner buckle to the middle of the outer buckle.

Next, glue the eyes to the leprechaun's face, one on each side of the leprechaun's nose.

Place the hat on top of the leprechaun's head and glue it in place.

Finish up by cutting off the bottom part of the paper, along the dashed line.
