Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Lion template

Instructions

  • Download the lion template, print it, and cut out the pieces.
  • Begin by gluing the lion face in the middle of the mane.
  • Next, glue the eyes onto the face, above the nose.
  • Glue the belly onto the body.
  • Position the completed lion head on the top portion of the body and glue it in place.
  • Now, glue the heart on the belly.
  • Place the paws on each side of the heart and glue them down.
  • Next, glue the tail to the back and side of the body.
  • Finish off by gluing the tail fur to the end of the tail.
