Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Lorax template

Instructions

  • Download the Lorax template, print it, and cut out the pieces.
  • Begin by gluing the eyebrows to the top of the body.
  • Next, glue the eyes below the eyebrows.
  • Trace your child's hands onto yellow paper two times and cut out. Position the handprints with the thumb up and the fingers painting outward. Overlap them slightly and glue them together in the center.
  • Glue the handprint mustache onto the middle of the Lorax’s face, just below the eyes.
  • Finish off by gluing the Lorax’s nose in the center of the mustache.
