Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Mermaid Template

Instructions

  • Download the template, edit it, print it, and cut out all the pieces.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes onto the mermaid’s face, just beneath the eyebrows.
  • Next, glue the bangs onto the top of the head.
  • Then, attach the body piece below the head.
  • Glue the swim top onto the chest area of the body.
  • Next, glue the crown above the bangs on the top of the head.
  • Glue each letter onto a point of the starfish crown.
  • Next, glue the assembled face and crown onto the full mermaid hair piece.
  • Finish by decorating the crown using markers or other craft materials.
