Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Markers
- Monkey template
Instructions
- Download the monkey template, edit the template to add your child's name, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the face to the middle of the monkey's head.
- Place the inner ears in the middle of the outer ears and glue them in place.
- Next, glue the belly to the middle of the monkey's body.
- Position the eyes below the eyebrows on both sides of the face and glue them down.
- Use a marker to draw the cheeks on both sides of the eyes.
- Take the arms and glue them on the sides of the belly.
- Next, glue the tail to the back of the monkey's body.
- Glue the monkey to the branch.
- Finish up by having the child spell out their name by gluing the leaf letters to the branch.
