Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Markers
- Monster template
Instructions
- Download the monster template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the belly to the middle of the monster's body.
- Take the mouth and glue it in the middle of the monster, right above the belly.
- Next, take the tongue and glue it to the bottom of the mouth.
- Glue the eyes in the middle of the head, above the mouth.
- Place the nose near the bottom of the eyes and glue it in place.
- Use a marker to draw eyebrows above both eyes.
- Next, glue the arms on each side of the belly, so they're facing inward.
- Trace your child's handprints onto a piece of colored paper and cut it out.
- Finish by placing the handprint wings, with the fingers pointing outward, on the back of the monster's body and glue them down.
