Download the monster template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Paint the popsicle sticks in 1-2 thin coats of paint and let dry completely before moving on.

Begin by gluing the eyes at the top of the popsicle sticks.

Take the eyebrows and glue them to the top of the eyes.

Glue the nose in the middle of the popsicle sticks, just below the eyes.

Create the mouth by gluing the teeth to the top of the mouth, then gluing the tongue to the bottom of the mouth.

Position the mouth below the nose and glue it in place.

If you're adding horns, flip the popsicle sticks over and glue them to the top corners.

Take the wings and glue them to the middle and back of the popsicle sticks.
