Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Tape
  • Crayons or markers if using the coloring version
  • Mouse template

Instructions

  • Download the mouse template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin to make the mouse by gluing the inner ears to the outer ears of the mouse. You'll want the bottom of the inner ears to hang below the outer ears. Trim off the excess paper.
  • Next, glue the lower part of the face in the middle of the headband, about .5" from the bottom of the headband.
  • Position the eyes below the eyebrows so that they're slightly on top of the lower portion of the face.
  • Take the nose and glue it to the top of the mouth lines.
  • Glue the tooth just below the mouth.
  • Place the cheeks on either side of the mouth and glue them in place.
  • Finish off the headband by taping an extender on either side of the base.
