This adorable mushroom craft helps kids practice spelling their name while creating a cute woodland mushroom.

Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Markers
- White paint pen
- Mushroom name template
Instructions
- Print the template and gather the materials for this fun activity.
- Begin by gluing the mushroom stalk onto the center of the underside of the mushroom piece.
- Gue the eye pieces onto the mushroom stalk, above the smile.
- Use a marker to add cheek details to the mushroom’s face.
- Glue the mushroom stalk onto the bottom of the mushroom cap.
- Arrange the letter spots across the mushroom cap to spell the child’s name, then glue them in place.
- Glue the grass piece along the bottom of the mushroom stalk.
- Finally, use a white paint pen or Crayola Bold & Bright white marker to add decorative spots to the mushroom cap.
