Nutcracker Headband Craft For Kids
Kids love all the different Christmas nutcrackers displayed this time of year, so we made a fun nutcracker headband craft for them to dress up like one, too!

This template makes it come together really easily, and the kids can customize their nutcracker to use their favorite colors. They'll have a blast wearing their new headband around when they're finished."]
Materials
- Colored cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue
- Tape
- Crayons or markers if using the color in version
- Nutcracker template
Instructions
- Download the nutcracker template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the teeth to the middle and bottom of the nutcracker's head.
- Place the mustache at the top of the teeth and glue it in place.
- Next, glue the nose just above the mustache, in the middle of the head.
- Glue the eyes on both sides of the nose.
- Take the eyebrows and glue them above both of the eyes.
- Create the hat by gluing the crown decoration to the bottom of the hat. Next, glue the top decoration to the top and back of the hat.
- Place the completed hat at the top of the nutcracker's head and glue it in place.
- Position the hair behind the head on both sides of the nutcracker and glue it in place.
- Next, glue the completed nutcracker head to one of the headband extenders.
- Finish up by taping an extender on both sides of the headband base.
