Download the owl headband template, print, and cut out the pieces.

Begin to assemble the owl's eyes by gluing the yellow part slightly off-centered onto the white part. Trim off the excess yellow paper with scissors.

Glue the black part of the eye to the front.

Take the completed eye and glue it to the owl eye outline, like in the picture below.

Place the owl eye and outline combination and glue to the owl headband base.

Glue the beak in the middle of the two eyes.

Use the tape to connect the headband extender on each side.
