Owl Popsicle Stick Craft For Kids
Fall is the perfect time to get creative with your kids and this owl popsicle stick craft is a great project! Not only is it a fun, hands-on activity, but it's also a simple way for kids to explore their creative side.

Materials
- Popsicle sticks
- Glue dots or hot glue
- Paint
- Paintbrush
- Colored cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue
- Owl template
Instructions
- Download the owl template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Line up 11 popsicle sticks together. Take 3 additional popsicle sticks and stretch 2 glue dots along each of them. Glue each of these popsicle sticks to the group of 11, one on top, in the middle, and on the bottom.
- Paint the popsicle sticks in 1-2 thin coats of brown paint and let it dry completely before moving on.
- Take the top of head piece and glue it to the top of the popsicle sticks.
- Next, place the ear tufts on the top right and left corners and glue them in place.
- Position the eyes on either side of the head and glue them down.
- Glue the beak in the middle of the eyes.
- Take the belly and glue it just below the beak, in the middle of the body.
- Place the wings, one on each side, and glue them below the eyes.
- Finish up by gluing the feet to the back and bottom of the popsicle sticks.
