Download the free cat template, print, and cut out the pieces.

Glue the cat face piece to the top flap of the brown paper bag. Next, glue the mouth piece to the bottom of the cat face.

Position the cat's nose so it's half on the white mouth piece and half off. Glue in place.

Place the three cat stripes at the top of the face piece, in the middle. Be sure to leave enough room for the eyes. Cut off any excess paper.

Glue the eyes on either side of the nose. Glue the pink inner ear to the outer ear. Repeat this for both sides.

Place the completed ears on each corner of the cat's face and glue into place.

Glue the cat's body to the base of the brown paper bag. If you want your cat puppet to be smaller, like ours is, cut off the excess brown paper bag that the colored paper doesn't reach.

Glue the white belly to the middle of the body.
