Download the scarecrow template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the yellow paper straw hair to the brim of the hat.

Next, glue the completed hat to the top of the bag. In order to leave enough space for the face pieces, only glue about 1″ of the hat to the bag. The rest will hang off the top of the scarecrow’s head.

Position the eyes just below the hat and glue them in place.

Now, place the triangle nose beneath and in between the eyes and glue it in place.

Glue the rosy cheeks beneath the eyes.

Using the black marker, draw the mouth from one cheek to the other cheek, just underneath the paper bag flap. Draw Lines along the smile.

Finish off by using the black marker to draw hashed lines along the square to give it the appearance of being stitched.
