Download the koala template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by painting the paper plate in a thin coat of gray paint. Let dry completely before moving on.

Place the koala head template on the dry paper plate, trace, and cut out.

Glue the koala's eyes slightly above the center line of the head.

Next, glue the mouth to the middle of the plate so the top part of it is slightly overlapping the bottom of the eyes.

Take the nose and glue it just above the mouth.

Glue the cheeks just below and to the side of the eyes.

Finish the koala's ears by gluing the pink inner ear to the gray outer ear. Tape or glue the completed ear to the top, back of the koala's head.
