Download the polar bear template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Place the polar bear head template in the middle of the paper plate, trace with the pencil, and cut it out.

Begin by gluing the nose and mouth to the middle of the paper plate, near the bottom.

Take the eyes and glue them, one on each side of the nose.

Next, glue the cheeks just below and slightly outside the eyes.

Glue the inner ear to the outer ear, then tape it to the top and back of the polar bear's head, with one on each side.
