Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Black marker
  • Markers
  • Pufferfish template

Instructions

  • Download the pufferfish template, print, and cut out the pieces.
  • Begin by painting the paper plate with 1-2 thin coats. Let it dry completely before moving on to the next step.
  • Glue the belly at the bottom of the plate.
  • Next, glue the mouth to the top part of the belly.
  • Place the eyes on both sides of the mouth and glue it down.
  • Draw the eyebrows above the eyes.
  • Now, draw the spines around the face and body of the pufferfish.
  • Finish off by gluing the fins, one on each side of the body.
