Download the pumpkin template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by painting the paper plate with 1-2 thin coats of orange paint. Let it try completely before moving on to the next step.

Trace the pumpkin shape on the paper plate and cut it out.

Draw the vertical lines on the pumpkin with an orange marker.

Next, glue the stem to the back and top portion of the pumpkin.

Glue the eyes in the middle portion of the face.

Now, glue the mouth below the eyes.

Place the tongue on the bottom portion of the mouth and glue it in place.

Next, glue the cheeks below each of the eyes.

Finish off by drawing the eyebrows on top of the eyes.
