Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • White paint pen or white gel marker
  • Pete the Cat Gingerbread Template

Instructions

  • Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes onto the head.
  • Next, take the nose piece and glue it centered just below the eyes.
  • Now, take the shirt cutout and glue it onto the body.
  • Glue the three paper buttons straight down the center of the shirt.
  • Now, use a white paint pen or gel marker to draw wavy icing patterns onto the legs and arms.
  • Finally, glue the tail piece to the back of Pete's body, near the bottom part of the shirt.
