Pirate Turkey Disguise Craft For Kids

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Black marker
  • Pirate turkey template

Instructions

  • Download the pirate turkey template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the eye and the eye patch in the middle section of the turkey's head.
  • Use a black marker to draw on the eye patch straps.
  • Next, glue the hat to the top of the head.
  • Glue the skull and crossbones to the middle of the hat.
  • Take the turkey's shirt and glue it to the turkey's body.
  • Optionally, glue the stripes on the shirt and trim the paper that hangs off each edge.
  • Place the wings on both sides of the shirt and glue them in place.
  • Glue the snood in between and slightly below the turkey's eyes.
  • Place the beak on top of the snood and glue it in place.
  • Next, glue the turkey to the feathers.
  • Finish up by gluing the feet to the bottom of the turkey's body.
