Download the polar bear template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the nose and mouth piece to the middle of the headband base, just above the bottom.

Place the cheeks just below and slightly outside the eyes.

Glue your inner ears to the outer ears.

Finish off the headband by taping the extenders on either side of the headband base.
