Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers optional
  • Turkey template

Instructions

  • Download the turkey template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin to make the turkey by gluing the eyes in the middle of the head.
  • Glue the beak in between and slightly below the eyes.
  • Next, glue the snood on one side of the beak.
  • Create the popcorn box by gluing the 3 white stripes on the red box and then glue the top of the popcorn box to the top.
  • Now, glue a couple of popcorn pieces to the back and top of the popcorn box.
  • Place the turkey body and glue it to the middle of the popcorn feathers.
  • Glue the popcorn box to the bottom part of the turkey's body so it's just below the beak.
  • Finish off by taking the popcorn pieces and glue them all along the feathers. Optionally, you can use a light orange marker to draw the pieces on instead.
