Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Markers or crayons for color in version
- Star stickers or gel markers
- Rocket template
Instructions
- Download the rocket template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by taking the fins and glue one on each side of the bottom of the rocket.
- Glue the engine to the bottom and back of the rocket.
- Next, glue the window frame in the middle of the words.
- Place the window in the middle of the rocket and glue it down.
- Take the inner flame and glue it to the outer flame
- Now, glue the flame to the backside of the engine.
- Glue the tip of the rocket to the top of the base. Use the scissors to trim off any excess.
- Next, glue the rocket to the black piece of paper.
- Finish off by decorating the paper to look like space. We used gel markers on one and shiny star stickers on the other.
