Download the Santa template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Take the child's photo, place the template piece on the photo, trace it with a thin marker, and cut it out.

Begin to make Santa's face by gluing the child's photo in the middle of the beard piece. Take the mustache and glue it right below the child's nose.

Glue the red nose at the top of the mustache.

Next, take Santa's hat and glue it to the top of the white beard piece. Glue the pom to the tip of the hat.

Create Santa's body by gluing the coat fluff to the body piece.

Take the mittens and glue them, one on each side, to the end of the arms.

Finish up the body by gluing the arm fluff to the part where the arms and the mittens meet.

Next, glue the head to the top of the body.

Place the completed Santa on the bottom of a piece of blue paper and glue it in place.

Finish by placing snowflake stickers all over the blue background.
