Scarecrow Craftivity For Kids

Materials

  • White paper
  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Pink marker
  • Crayons or markers if using the coloring page version
  • Scarecrow template

Instructions

  • Download the scarecrow template, print, and cut out the pieces you need. If you're using the color in version, color it first, then cut it out.
  • Create the scarecrow by gluing the nose in the middle of the face, above the mouth.
  • Use a pink marker to draw cheeks just above the ends of the mouth.
  • Next, glue the eyes, one on each side of the face above the nose.
  • Take the hair pieces and glue them on each side of the head.
  • Finish off the scarecrow by gluing the hat to the top of the head.
  • Glue the completed scarecrow head just above the writing prompt.
  • Place the scarecrow head and writing prompt on a fall colored piece of paper and glue it in the middle.
  • Now let the kids finish the writing prompt!
