Download the dog template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the eyes, one on each side, above the nose.

Glue the ears to the front of both sides of the head.

Finish the hat by gluing the patch to the middle and then using a marker to draw on the stitch marks.

Next, glue the straw for the hat pieces to the back and sides of the hat.

Place the hat on the top of the head and glue it to the top of the dog's head.

Take the neck straw piece and glue it to the back and bottom of the head.

Position the shirt on the top of the dog's body piece and glue it in place. Glue a patch in the middle of the shirt and use a marker to draw the stitch marks around it.

Next, glue the leg straw to the bottom of the shirt, on top of the legs.

Place the dog's head on the top of the shirt and glue it in place.

Finish up by gluing the tail to the bottom and back of the dog's body.
