Download the scarecrow turkey template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
Begin to make the scarecrow's hat by gluing the patch somewhere on the hat. Then use a black marker to draw stitching lines around it.
Take the hat and glue the hair on the outermost ends of the hat, on the back side. You want to be sure to make it as wide as possible so you can see the turkey's face.
Next, start working on the turkey by gluing the eyes in the middle of the head, above the mouth.
Place the nose in the middle, between the eyes and mouth, and glue it in place.
Grab the completed hat and hair piece and glue it to the top of the turkey's head.
Glue the scarecrow's shirt to the main portion of the turkey. Optionally, add a patch to the shirt and use the black marker to draw on the stitching lines again.
Position the turkey's feet, with the toes pointed up, and glue them to the bottom of the shirt.
Finish up by gluing the completed turkey body to the middle of the feathers!
