Download the shark template and print it out on colored cardstock.

Spread glue along a portion of the shark, then glue the corresponding color tissue paper in that spot. Repeat for every part of the shark until it's completely filled.

Next, take the eyes and glue them near the top of the head, on the blue portion.

Place the teeth on the top and bottom of the mouth and glue them in place.

Finish off by cutting the bottom dashed line off.
