Download the sheep template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the eyes, one on each side, just below the eyebrows.

Take the top hair fluff piece and glue it to the top of the sheep's head.

Next, create the legs by gluing the hooves to the bottom of the legs. Alternatively, you can have the kids color in the bottom of the leg with a black marker or crayon.

Position the completed legs near each other at the bottom of the cup and glue them in place.

Place the leg fluff at the top of the legs and glue it down.

Finish up by gluing the sheeps head to the top of the cup, with a large portion of the sheep's head hanging off the top of the cup.
