Download the snowy owl template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Paint the entire paper plate in a light shade of gray. Let it dry completely before moving on.

Color in the whites of the eyes yellow or light orange.

Begin to create the snowy owl by gluing the eyes to the eye background piece. Take the piece you just glued together and glue it to the middle of the paper plate.

Next, glue the beak in between and at the bottom of the eyes.

Use a black marker to draw feather lines above and below the eyes and beak.
