Glue the sunglasses to the turkey's head, right below the hat.

Next, take the snood and glue it to the middle of the turkey's head, right below the sunglasses' nose area. Leave the lower part of the snood unglued so you can place the tie beneath it. Then take the beak and glue it on top of the snood.

Take the tie and glue it just below the beak, in the middle of the turkey's body.

Place the turkey's body onto the feathers and glue it down.
Finish up the spy disguise by gluing the feet to the bottom turkey's body.
