Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Tissue paper squares
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Apple template

Instructions

  • Download the apple template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by covering a section of the apple with glue, then crumple the tissue paper and place it on the glue. Repeat until the apple is completely covered.
  • Take the stem and glue it to the top, middle part of the apple, where it dips down.
  • Next, glue the eyes in the middle of the apple.
  • Create the mouth by gluing the tongue to the mouth.
  • Glue the completed mouth in the middle of the apple, below the eyes.
  • Finish up the apple by gluing the cheeks on either side of the mouth.
