Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Markers
  • White paint pen
  • Snowy owl template

Instructions

  • Download the snowy owl template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by spreading the glue on the snowy owl’s body.
  • Next, tear the white paper into small pieces, then glue them onto the owl outline.
  • Glue the wings to the sides of the body.
  • Position the eyes in the center of the face and glue them in place.
  • Now, glue the beak below the eyes.
  • Place the cheeks below the eyes and glue them down.
  • Next, glue the feet to the bottom portion of the body.
  • Draw the eyebrows on top of the eyes.
  • Now, draw the feathers on the belly part of the owl.
  • Finish off by drawing the snowflakes around the snowy owl.
