Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Crayons or markers
  • Unicorn template

Instructions

  • Download the unicorn template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the belly to the middle of the unicorn's body.

  • Place the mouth and nose piece just below the eyes and glue them in place.
  • Create the unicorn's mane by gluing the three pieces together, then glue the pieces to the top of the unicorn's head.

  • Next, create the Santa's hat by gluing the fluff to the bottom of the hat and the pom to the tip. Glue the completed hat to the top of the unicorn's mane.
  • Create the inner legs by gluing the hooves to the ends of each one.
  • Angle the legs inward slightly and glue them in the middle and towards the bottom of the unicorn's body.

  • Glue the hooves to the outer legs.
  • Color in the unicorn's horn, then finish up by gluing the horn to the middle of the unicorn's mane.
