Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Owl template

Instructions

  • Download the owl template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Start by gluing the top of the head piece to the middle and top of the owl's body.

  • Glue the eyes on both sides of the top of the head piece.
  • Next, take the beak and glue it in between the eyes, near the bottom.

  • Place the heart in the middle of the owl's belly and glue it in place.
  • Position the wings pointing inward so they look like they are holding the heart. Glue them down.

  • Finish the owl by gluing the feet to the back and bottom of the owl's body.
