Download the vampire template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Line up 11 popsicle sticks together. Take 3 additional popsicle sticks and stretch 2 glue dots along each of them. Glue each of these popsicle sticks to the group of 11, one on top, in the middle, and on the bottom. If you don't want to use glue dots, replace them with hot glue and do the same steps as above.

Paint the popsicle sticks in 1-2 thin coats of paint and let them dry completely before you move on.

Begin to make the vampire by gluing the hair to the top of the popsicle sticks.

Next, take the eyes and glue them just underneath the hair.

Place the eyebrows above each of the eyes and glue them in place.

Use a black marker to draw on a nose in between and slightly below the eyes.

Create the mouth by gluing the tongue to the mouth, then glue the fangs to the top of the mouth.

Take the completed mouth and glue it in the middle of the popsicle sticks, below the nose.

Glue the ears to the back of the popsicle sticks, one on each side.

Make the cape by gluing the collar to the bottom of the cape collar.

Next, glue the completed collar to the bottom and back of the popsicle sticks.

Finish up by gluing the bowtie just below the mouth, in the middle of the popsicle sticks.
