Download the witch template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the eyes to the inside of both eyelashes.

Take the front hair piece and glue it to the top of the witch's head. Then take the side hair pieces and glue them to the back and both sides of the witch's head.

Next, take the collar and glue it to the back and bottom of the witch's head.

Place the hat on the top of the witch's hair and glue it down. Glue the hat band on the base of the hat.

Position the paper cup with the rim facing down, then glue the completed witch's hat to the top of the cup.

Finish up by drawing two buttons below the collar, on the paper cup.
