Download the witch template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Cut a popsicle stick into thirds with the scissors. Line up 4 popsicle sticks evenly. Stretch out three glue dots to go onto the back of each of the cut popsicle sticks. Use this to secure the 4 popsicle sticks together.

If you don't want to use glue dots, replace them with hot glue and do the same steps as above.

Paint the popsicles sticks in 1-2 thin coats of green paint and let dry.

Begin by taking the bangs and gluing them to the top of the popsicle sticks.

Place the eyes just below the bangs and glue them in place.

Glue the witch's collar to the dress. Next, take the black marker and draw on 3 black buttons below the collar.

Glue this dress piece to the bottom of the popsicle sticks.

Use a black marker to draw on the nose and mouth.

Position the witch's hat at the top of the head, on top of the bangs, and glue it down.

Finish off the witch by gluing the hair to the back, top of the popsicle sticks.
