Materials

  • Popsicle sticks
  • Permanent glue dots
  • Paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Scissors
  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Black marker
  • Witch template

Instructions

  • Download the witch template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Cut a popsicle stick into thirds with the scissors. Line up 4 popsicle sticks evenly. Stretch out three glue dots to go onto the back of each of the cut popsicle sticks. Use this to secure the 4 popsicle sticks together.
  • If you don't want to use glue dots, replace them with hot glue and do the same steps as above.
  • Paint the popsicles sticks in 1-2 thin coats of green paint and let dry.
  • Begin by taking the bangs and gluing them to the top of the popsicle sticks.
  • Place the eyes just below the bangs and glue them in place.
  • Glue the witch's collar to the dress. Next, take the black marker and draw on 3 black buttons below the collar.
  • Glue this dress piece to the bottom of the popsicle sticks.
  • Use a black marker to draw on the nose and mouth.
  • Position the witch's hat at the top of the head, on top of the bangs, and glue it down.
  • Finish off the witch by gluing the hair to the back, top of the popsicle sticks.
