Download the witch template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the eyes onto the face, one on each side of the nose.

Take the cheeks and glue them below and slightly outside the eyes.

Attach and glue the bangs on top of the head.

Position the head to the flap portion of the brown paper bag and glue it in place.

Place the neck onto the top of the collar and glue it in place, then glue the collar to the top of the body piece.

Next, glue the buttons to the middle of the body piece.

Position the body onto the main portion of the brown paper bag and glue it in place.

Now, glue the witch's hair to the back of the brown paper bag.

Create the witch's hat by gluing the hat band to the middle of the hat.

Next, glue the outer buckle to the middle of the hat band.

Glue the inner buckle to the middle of the outer buckle.

Finish off by gluing the hat to the top of the witch's hair.
