Download the witch's brew template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the skull to the middle of the cauldron.

Trace your child's hand onto a piece of colored paper and cut it out. Take the handprint and glue it to the potion liquid piece.

Next, take the bone stirrer and glue it somewhere on the liquid piece. Trim off any part of the bone that hangs off the bottom.

Place the handprint piece and glue it to the top of the cauldron.

Optionally, add some colorful pom pom bubbles to the bottom of the potion liquid.
