Paint the popsicle sticks in 1-2 thin coats of green paint. Let it dry completely before moving on.

Take the hair and glue it to the top of the popsicle sticks.

Cut jagged pieces out of the top of Frankenstein's shirt to make it look torn. Glue the shirt to the bottom of the popsicle sticks.
