It can be hard to come up with ideas that are fun and educational. That’s why kid’s crafts like this tiger headband craft are so important and such a good idea.

This craft is also a great way to work on fine motor skills because the tiger stripes are an activity that requires some precision using scissors, which is always an important skill!

Materials

– Colored cardstock or constuction paper – Glue  – Scissors – Tape – Black marker (if drawing on the stripes) – Tiger template

Instructions

Download the tiger template, print it, and cut it out.

Begin by gluing the lower portion of the face to the bottom of the tiger’s face.

Take the eyes and glue them just above the lower portion of the face.

Next, glue the nose to the top of the mouth line.

Place the cheeks on either side of the eyes, on the lower portion of the face.

Glue the inner ears to the outer ears.

Either glue on the stripes or use a black marker to draw on the stripes on the top and on each side.
